We begin the design process by first analyzing your existing home, office, space or site. We will measure, document, and photograph the existing conditions to create plan and elevation drawings of the project.
We will prepare a conceptual plan for the overall layout, and present the plan for your consideration. This will allow us to agree on the spatial arrangements, theme and desired look outcomes.
After the approval of the Concept Design, we are then able to develop that concept design in sufficient detail to agree on the desired end appearance of the project. This phase includes the selection of finishes, plant specifications, and material palettes.
After the approval of the Final Design, we are then able to prepare construction drawings that will allow the design to be permitted, if required, and subsequently built.
We will submit the appropriate plans to the local building authorities and take care of the challenges that will pop up.
Upon your approval of a construction bid, building begins. SIZ Studio will observe the process through completion to ensure absolute quality.
